A description of the function:
The steel driving chain is flexible in two axes and it conveys the parts along the running surface. The conveyor drive is designed tangentially. There are two separators on the conveyor, one for removing the finished parts and one for loading the rough parts onto the machine. The parts create a queue and the manually controlled separators for loading the rough parts and removing the finished ones control their circulation. The ability of the chain to flex in two axes and the design of the conveyor modules enables the running surface to have various shapes.
It is possible to use a non-standard chain width or a smaller or larger bend radius (however, the minimum is 450 mm) as required.
The conveyed parts do not have to be smoothed.
