A description of the function:
The roller chain situated under the cover on the conveyor's side plates drives the fixed standing rollers. The roller chain is mounted in a guide way made of sliding plastic. Friction rings are mounted in the conveyor's rollers and they transfer the torque from the drive shaft to the roller. The drive shafts are mounted in bearings in the side plates. The roller surface is made of steel, but if there is the risk of damage to the surface of the part it can be coated with rubber or plastic. The parts transferred along the conveyor can easily be stopped by hand. The parts create a queue on the conveyor.
