Example: an exhaust manifold
The circulating conveyor leads around the washing machine and a hand-operated stop is located on it. The operator exchanges the washed parts for unwashed ones, which are then conveyed into the machine's washing area. The machine's washing area consists of zones: pre-wash, wash and drying.
The drying is either undertaken using blown pressurised air or in a vacuum drying station. The washing area is separated from the conveyor by means of automatically controlled doors.
